Hi guys... Long long time no post blog liao... haha.. busy working in the day.. n at nite is miserably boring. Only the radio n phone calls can filled me with happiness. Everybody started to change, is it the truth? Or i am the one changing? Today, as usual i went to work. I stepped in the resturant, I felt the aircon is not working. haha.. So we had a hard time enduring the heat. Work work n work n work n work.. untill 9plus.. I go home. So tired.. really tired.. while trying to be positive.. i thought of many stupid steps I took last time... wonder did i took the wrong step.. Due to influence? due to ego? due to pressure? Much of the things is ego i guess... Like what happen ytd. i was taking orders, nx in the line was a guy holding a $2 off coupon. So I reckon he is 'cheap'. He asked ' what's gd here' . 'Everything is nice here =)' I repiled. 'WHAT? That's not the answer I want! Call your manager! I want to speak to your manager! I wanna complain!' ,he said with a angry voice. I felt stuck in the situation but to no choice to referred him to my manager as he sure wont listen to mi.

Question!
Is the customer always right ?

My answer is to a extent. This shows how demanding and how childish he is. He has the ego to push foward for the complain. Others would just stunt. In my opinon. If i where him, I do be angry, but to a small extent n laugh. HAHAHA... I am sure the cashier's would recommand smth gd after my laugh.

'Take it easy'... is the word ppl use when they handles complain rite?

Okie.. I got to slp... cya tml... I need to improve my bad english. hahaha...
